Google condemned in Germany

Google was condemned to pay a fine of 10000€ to have used the domain name m.gmail.com in Germany. The use of the mark gmail in Germany had however been prohibited  with the search engine since the decision in June of a court of call allemande which had given to reason to Daniel Giersch the manager of the service company of Gmail emails, diminutive of “Giersch email.”
The service of google will be called from now on in this Googlemail country.
