The holders of the domain names of third level such as exemple.ac.cr, exemple.co.cr, exemple.ed.cr, exemple.fi.cr, exemple.go, Cr, exemple.or.cr, exemple.sa.cr will have a 90 days deadline, starting from the date of launching, to record the same domain name in the new extension (exemple.cr). In the event of conflict on the same domain name between two holders of domain names of third level (exemple.ac.cr, exemple.co.cr) it is the first which will make the request which will be titular.

After this 90 days deadline, the domain names not having been the subject of reservation could be recorded by any other interested person.
