Au vu de la vitesse à laquelle évolue internet et de l’importance que prend le droit des marques dans une économie de plus en plus concurrentielle, il me semble utile de réaliser un blog sur le thème de la protection des marques sur internet afin de prévenir les titulaires de marques des risques auxquels ils peuvent être confrontés et de leur conseiller des pratiques à prendre.
