A blog attacked for counterfeit

Marc Autret, the author of the blog BlogNot! received last Saturday a letter of setting in residence of the company “Thélès Edition” for counterfeit of mark.
The company Edition Thélès reproaches the administrator blog on the edition used the terms “Thélès” and “Thélès Edition” as “key words of referencing (méta tag and “alt” of images)” in the source code of the page.
When one types “thélès” in google.fr, an article written by Marc Autret criticizing the company of edition arrives in 3rd position on the page of result, just after the site corporate.
